IGE CANADA – Returns & Shipping Policy
Our refund policy is 30 days for standard in stock items. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after this 30 day period. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you originally received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The email will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request and any pertinent information.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the reason for your request.
Our in stock products are shipped to you ASAP. To return your product, please email us at email@example.com and we will provide instructions for your return(s). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you do receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted in full from your refund. Please not that depending on where we are shipping, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50.00, we recommend that you consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible if we do not receive your returned item.
For our custom made products, we regret that returns are generally not accepted. In the event that you would like to return custom made products, please email us at sales@igecanada and provide the reason(s) for your request in writing. If the return is approved there will be a restocking fee. Once inspected upon return, there will be a credit issued for all usable parts.
